Own full lifecycle recruitment for US IT roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Manage hiring across W2, C2C, and 1099 models aligned with US tax terms and visa requirements.
Coordinate with clients and account managers for interview scheduling, negotiations, and candidate closing.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC).
Must work onsite from Vijayawada – Autonagar office.
Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end recruitment within US IT staffing domain, handling tax and visa complexities.
Proficient with ATS systems and sourcing from platforms like Dice, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with client coordination and negotiation responsibilities.
