Own daily branch operations including cash management, clearing, account opening, and service requests ensuring compliance with KYC/AML, RBI, and audit norms.
Manage operational controls such as cash, vault, ATM, locker, EOD reconciliation, and audit preparations including record maintenance and resolving audit observations.
Partner with sales and service teams to improve customer experience by tracking service metrics, cross-selling insurance/investments, activating digital banking, and training frontline staff on compliance and process updates.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 9 years of branch operations experience.
Graduate degree required; banking certifications preferred.
Compliance with KYC/AML, RBI, and audit standards mandatory.
Preferred certifications: JAIIB or CAIIB.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end branch operations with strong control and compliance focus.
Comfortable working in a regulated banking environment with emphasis on audit readiness and service quality metrics.
Able to coordinate between operations and sales to drive digital adoption and cross-selling at branch level.
