Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
Experience with production support, incident management, and handling escalated user queries.
Technical skills including Linux/Unix, Java Applications, Oracle/SQL/MongoDB, and at least two Middleware technologies (JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, Glassfish).
Experience with Microservices, containerization (OpenShift/APIs), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and monitoring and scheduling tools (AppDynamics, ITRS, TWS, Autosys).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling IT service risk and strategic planning within IT operations.
Capable of communicating effectively with senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Proficient in integrating multiple technical domains including middleware, cloud, microservices, and automation to support and improve IT service delivery.
