Sr. Staff Software Engineer- Dot Net

Lead architecture, design, and development of large-scale, cross-domain enterprise software systems supporting payroll, compliance, and business applications.

Drive technical strategy including AI-first engineering adoption, reliability, observability, incident leadership, and security for complex backend systems.

Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, including mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and coordinating cross-team initiatives with significant technical risk and impact.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in Dot Net development and complex enterprise software system design.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), distributed caching (Redis/Hazelcast), and observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, OpenTelemetry).

Strong knowledge in distributed system architecture, SQL/data modeling, CI/CD, DevOps, secure software development, and handling sensitive customer data.

Experienced technical leader with proven ability to architect and deliver scalable backend services, distributed systems, and enterprise applications.

Demonstrated AI-first engineering mindset with practical application of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

Strong customer and business focus with experience connecting technical decisions to business outcomes and driving multi-team alignment on complex initiatives.
