Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks using DLT, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog with governance and access controls.
Build and curate governed self-service analytics layers and dashboards using Databricks SQL, Tableau, and Sigma for business user consumption.
Ensure data governance including cataloging, lineage, ownership, and support adoption by communicating actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence in a regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with Databricks platform including pipeline development with Python/PySpark and SQL proficiency.
Experience with self-service analytics platforms and governed semantic layers; familiarity with Git, Jules, and ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong ability to independently design and maintain production-grade ETL pipelines within controlled, regulated enterprise settings.
Comfortable working across the Lakehouse data stack integrating multiple tools including Alteryx, Prophecy, Tableau, and Snowflake.
Experience or fast learning capability in Risk Management, Compliance, or Finance domains and cloud-based data environments (AWS).
