Scrum Master

Facilitate and ensure effective Scrum events and Agile team ceremonies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Manage iteration execution including backlog refinement, risk identification, impediment removal, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize team flow and delivery quality.

Lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder management activities while fostering high-performing Agile teams and influencing decision making at operational and strategic levels.

Experience Required: Proven experience as Scrum Master with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and delivery management skills.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and ability to track Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time).

Location Requirement: Position based in Pune, India.

Certifications: Relevant Agile or project management certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, PMP) are a plus but not explicitly mandatory.

Experienced in managing multiple Agile teams in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS) and leading Agile transformation initiatives.

Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills, capable of presenting delivery status, risks, and KPIs to senior management.

Background or domain knowledge in Banking, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, or Data Management preferred for contextual expertise.
