Minimum Requirements

Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, AI, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, or related quantitative discipline.
Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, multi-agent AI frameworks, GraphRAG, and AI platform engineering.
Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences) preferred.

Senior-level AI/ML expert with proven leadership in end-to-end enterprise AI/ML initiatives delivering measurable business impact in pharmaceutical R&D contexts.
Strong background in developing compliant, scalable AI architectures and agentic systems handling large structured and unstructured clinical and regulatory datasets.
Experienced in mentoring technical teams, collaborating with senior business and clinical stakeholders, and setting technical strategy in regulated, compliance-driven environments.
