Support job architecture, job evaluation, and governance processes to maintain internal equity and pay governance across functions and locations.
Develop compensation and benefits analytics, dashboards, and reports to inform leadership decisions and drive Total Rewards initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or Human Resources.
Proven expertise in compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary administration processes.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading compensation programs within a global or multinational organization environment.
Strategic thinker with ability to balance operational execution and process improvement in compensation and benefits.
Certified in Compensation and Benefits (WorldatWork GRP/CCP or equivalent) and knowledgeable about compensation regulations and pay equity principles.
