Serve as a technical consultant and main contact for assigned banking/financial clients, addressing their queries and change requests.
Analyze client business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and support system changes of low to medium complexity.
Ensure service quality, SLA adherence, client documentation accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams on system improvements and projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, IT or similar, or equivalent analytical skills acquired via practice.
Approximately 1+ year of experience in IT, systems analysis, or financial services (junior profile).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and availability to work US hours (11:00am - 8:00pm IST).
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate with clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable engaging directly with clients to manage technical queries and deliver solutions within financial services environments.
Capable of supporting system configuration, deployments, and change requests at a junior analyst level with a growth trajectory towards full autonomy over 3–5 years.
Operates effectively in collaborative project settings while maintaining service quality and documentation standards.
