Creative Project Manager

Manage and coordinate creative projects from brief to final delivery across multiple YouTube channels in technology, AI, SaaS, tutorials, and educational content.

Maintain project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and documentation while proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks or delays to ensure on-time completion.

Support and improve established creative workflows, enabling predictable and scalable execution within existing frameworks.

2-3 years experience in project management, production, operations, or similar coordination role.

Experience managing creative projects, content production, or distributed creative teams.

High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Comfortable working with remote teams and using project management tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Experienced in managing multiple creative team members including video editors, scriptwriters, designers, and researchers simultaneously.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills focused on completion rather than task assignment, with the ability to work independently within systems.

Familiarity with creative content workflows and comfortable identifying workflow improvements and proactively solving problems prior to impacting deadlines.
