Manage freight rate masters, route evaluations, and commercial approvals to ensure cost-efficient finished vehicle outbound logistics across India.
Analyze freight costs, support budget planning, and monitor freight spend, transit performance, and KPIs through MIS and dashboards.
Coordinate vehicle dispatch planning with Sales Planning, Plant, and Stockyard teams, review transit times, drive route/network optimization, and manage transporter SLAs and performance reviews.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in outbound/finished vehicle logistics in automotive or related industry.
Proficiency with SAP and Power BI (including dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling) is mandatory/preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and sound understanding of Indian geography relevant to vehicle dispatch planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end outbound vehicle logistics with focus on cost control and operational KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SAP logistics/freight modules and Power BI for data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with Indian transport ecosystem, multimodal logistics options, and vendor management in automotive sector.
