Core Operations - Senior Manager

Lead business analysis and operational transition for the Direct Custody model across specified European T2S markets.

Translate complex client and market requirements into detailed business documentation, test scenarios, and implementation deliverables involving settlement, cash, FX support, corporate actions, and reconciliation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness, testing, risk controls, and facilitate structured handover into BAU Direct Custody operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology or related discipline.

6-9 years experience in securities services, custody, post-trade operations, business analysis, testing or transformation delivery.

Strong knowledge of securities settlement, T2S, European CSD/ICSD models, cash/liquidity, reconciliation, corporate actions, income processes in custody environments.

Experience preparing business requirements, user stories, testing scenarios, SOPs, and supporting vendor engagement and operational handover.

Experienced in complex securities settlement environments with strong capability to analyze and map multi-market client and operational structures.

Skilled in stakeholder coordination across product, operations, technology and control functions with proven delivery of integrated operational models.

Demonstrates thorough understanding of regulatory and market infrastructure requirements and can drive scalable, standardized custody operating models.
