About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 14 L2 data support specialists responsible for overseeing data aggregation and distribution operations.
- Ensure reliability and timely resolution of issues in data pipelines and platforms including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Denodo, maintaining agreed SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement in data support processes, enforce compliance with IT procedures, quality standards, and data governance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience managing technical support or data operations teams, preferably in enterprise or CRO environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms: Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Denodo.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more technical staff; proven track record in support operations with escalation and SLA ownership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a strong background managing L2 support teams in regulated or enterprise data environments.
- Technical proficiency in cloud data platform operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting within Medallion Architecture-based Data Lake setups.
- Skilled in collaborating across technical and business functions, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
