Own end-to-end HR operations covering onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits for a scaling tech team.
Manage HRMS (Keka), employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, filings).
Drive employee engagement activities and internal communications; report HR metrics (headcount, attrition, TAT) to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles with demonstrated ownership.
Mandatory experience working with Keka HRMS.
Experience in employee engagement activities mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in startup or fast-growing product environments to handle dynamic HR operations.
Capable of handling multiple HR functions independently with ownership mindset.
Skilled in HR data reporting and comfortable managing compliance and statutory requirements.
