Manage and support SAAS Kubernetes applications primarily on AWS with some OCI environment exposure.
Respond to alerts, incidents, and tickets, perform troubleshooting across OS, containerization, and application layers, including Java applications.
Develop and implement automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to improve operational service levels and deploy new infrastructure solutions for the WM platform.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5+ years in cloud-based operations, engineering, or development roles.
3+ years supporting large scale Java applications and 3+ years supporting AWS environments with OCI experience.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Windows/Linux OS, automation tools (Azure DevOps, Ansible, Python) and SCM (Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex cloud native and containerized enterprise applications with focus on Kubernetes and AWS/OCI.
Capable of full stack troubleshooting spanning OS, virtualization, application containers, and network protocols.
Skilled in automation to improve operational SLAs and support quick rollouts of new technologies in production environments.
