About This Role
- Manage and support SAAS Kubernetes applications primarily on AWS with some OCI environment exposure.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and tickets, perform troubleshooting across OS, containerization, and application layers, including Java applications.
- Develop and implement automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to improve operational service levels and deploy new infrastructure solutions for the WM platform.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years in cloud-based operations, engineering, or development roles.
- 3+ years supporting large scale Java applications and 3+ years supporting AWS environments with OCI experience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Windows/Linux OS, automation tools (Azure DevOps, Ansible, Python) and SCM (Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex cloud native and containerized enterprise applications with focus on Kubernetes and AWS/OCI.
- Capable of full stack troubleshooting spanning OS, virtualization, application containers, and network protocols.
- Skilled in automation to improve operational SLAs and support quick rollouts of new technologies in production environments.
