Manage, support, and troubleshoot SaaS Kubernetes applications hosted on AWS as part of the TM platform.
Respond to alerts and incidents, triage support tickets, and deploy new infrastructure engineering solutions.
Develop automation and processes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and related tools to improve operational SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Minimum 5 years in cloud-based operations, engineering, or development role.
At least 3 years supporting large scale Java applications and AWS environments.
Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Linux OS, and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Python).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full stack troubleshooting of cloud-native applications, containers (Tomcat), and infrastructure at scale.
Comfortable working closely with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into operational solutions.
Proficient in integrating automation for deployment and performance monitoring to ensure smooth SaaS operations.
