Design, implement, test, and maintain embedded firmware for multiple chipset variants including ARM, MIPS, and Intel architectures.
Technical lead responsibilities including team development and interfacing with Customer, Platform, and Validation teams.
Responsible for triaging, debugging, and fixing embedded firmware issues across BLE, Wi-Fi, and serial communication protocols (SPI/I2C).
Minimum Requirements
3-8 years of work experience in embedded systems firmware development.
Hands-on experience in C programming is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of BLE or Wi-Fi, microcontrollers, MQTT, TCP/IP, and serial communication protocols (SPI/I2C).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with varied processors such as STM32, TI, NXP, and Qualcomm suitable for multi-platform embedded firmware tasks.
Comfortable working in bare metal, RTOS, and Linux environments with understanding of synchronization (threads, semaphores, mutexes) and basic networking (TCP/UDP).
Proven capability in technical leadership including coordination between cross-functional teams and customer interfacing.
