Systems Engineer - Data path - HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 (Object Storage product development)

Own end-to-end development and delivery of complex storage system modules, especially in object storage for modern AI and cloud use-cases.

Evaluate, integrate, and innovate new technologies across multiple platforms aligning with product architecture and business goals.

Drive best practices, architectural reviews, and ensure adherence to performance and quality standards in large-scale storage product development.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

6+ years of experience in product development specifically in storage/system engineering.

Proven track record of delivering early-stage (V1) products in modern storage technologies like object or file storage.

Strong system programming skills in C/C++ with deep knowledge of OS internals, multi-threaded programming, and debugging in clustered environments.

Experienced in large enterprise storage systems with expertise in data-path modules and advanced storage features such as virtualization, replication, QoS, and storage protocols.

Able to influence architecture and design decisions at business and executive levels with clear communication of complex technical concepts.

Hands-on with performance tuning, distributed systems, and integrating multi-platform software components in innovative storage products.
