About This Role
- Lead the development and management of a data platform to support HR analytics and discovery needs.
- Analyze complex HR-related datasets and deliver actionable business insights through reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive data governance and quality to align analytics solutions with organizational objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- 6-8 years of industry experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience with data platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, Postgres SQL; familiarity with Power BI and data governance tools like Alation and Collibra is a plus.
- Location requirement: Bangalore (EGL).

- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, enterprise data analytics solutions supporting global distributed teams.
