Principal SW Engineer TCP_05

Design and develop software system architectures and methodologies across multiple platforms for the Global Business Unit.

Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and outsourced partner contributions aligned with technology roadmaps and business value.

Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, review project designs for standards compliance, and influence executive and partner decisions with domain expertise.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Typically 15+ years of experience in software design, architecture, and development.

Experience designing and developing software systems design tools and languages; expertise in software systems architecture across multiple platforms.

Hybrid work requirement: average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

Senior-level engineer with strong strategic and technical leadership skills in software systems architecture for complex, multi-platform solutions.

Proven innovator with history of patents or field-deployed software design solutions and ability to influence business and executive leadership.

Experienced in mentoring and guiding less-experienced engineers and engaging with cross-functional teams and outsourced partners.
