Lead development and delivery of Digital Asset Management platform and Crypto Products on AWS Cloud with full-stack responsibilities.
Enforce engineering and Agile best practices across global teams and manage technical priorities and mentoring within the team.
Collaborate with multiple Asset Management Technology teams to align and integrate platform components following IT Blueprint and strategic product roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in AWS Cloud, Java/J2EE application development, streaming/messaging technologies, authentication frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing tools like Karate.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or MCA mandatory.
Location requirement: Bangalore (Manyata/EGL); Shift timings: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in green-field engineering projects with strong knowledge of code review, branching patterns, and ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git).
Proven ability to lead globally distributed multifunctional teams, coach engineers, and influence engineering standards and Agile practices.
Preferably has domain experience in Asset Management and has managed strategic technical initiatives linked to digital asset/tokenization platforms.
