Sr. Analyst / Consultant - Data Analytics

Lead a team of 2-3 people responsible for analyzing business data and developing dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers using SQL and dashboard tools.

Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, conduct ad-hoc analysis, validate data quality, and present insights to stakeholders.

5-6 years of relevant experience.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel mandatory; Python and experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau) highly preferred.

Experience with credit card acquisition, customer onboarding, or banking analytics is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 5-6 years.

Experienced in leading small analytics teams (2-3 members) with accountability for delivering business insights and reports.

Skilled at handling large datasets, SQL query optimization, and dashboard creation to drive data-driven decision making.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (business, product, operations, technology) to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
