Experience with backlog refinement, Definition of Ready ownership, and mentoring engineers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in growing intermediate engineers to senior levels and comfortable partnering with technical leadership.
Familiar with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or AI-assisted development lifecycle methodologies.
Has experience building a new team or site from scratch.
