Design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable backend Java microservices using Spring Boot within an agile team.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced proficiency in Java (17/21+) and Spring Boot, strong Kafka experience including topic design and consumer groups.
Extensive experience with AWS data lake and ETL tools (S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step Functions), Docker/Kubernetes containerization and orchestration on AWS EKS/ECS.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and knowledge of secure coding and responsible AI engineering workflows.

Experienced in designing scalable, resilient distributed systems with security and performance best practices.
Comfortable working within fast-paced agile environments utilizing modern automation and AI tools to improve software delivery.
