Own end-to-end design, development, and technical leadership of object storage product components in HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and manage outsourced development relationships aligned with technology roadmap and business value.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and drive best practices and operational excellence at team and organizational levels.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in product development, specifically in storage/system engineering including Object/File storage for modern AI use-cases and cloud storage.
Strong system programming skills with C/C++, proficiency in data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and OS internals.
Work location: Hybrid with an expectation to work 2 days per week from an HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading development of early-stage or V1 storage products, preferably in object storage or related modern storage technologies.
Strong expertise in system-level software architecture and performance optimization for large-scale, multi-threaded, and clustered environments.
Ability to influence executive leadership and partner with outsourced development teams leveraging deep domain and business acumen.
