Lead development and architecture of scalable AI solutions integrating AI/ML/Gen AI in SDLC.
Mentor junior staff, conduct code/design reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI/ML system design and deployment.
Develop and optimize machine learning models, build/maintain data pipelines, and monitor performance of production AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
11+ years in Data Science roles with Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
6+ years experience building data pipelines and deploying multiple solutions in production environments.
In-depth expertise in Classical ML, NLP, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and experience with technical support data such as CRM, hardware/software bug data, machine logs.
Onsite work requirement at HPE office; proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead capable of architecting large-scale AI/ML solutions and integrating them into SDLC processes.
Strong background working with diverse and unstructured technical support datasets and multi-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in both hands-on data engineering (building pipelines, optimizing data workflows) and advanced AI model development and deployment in production.
