Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps standards, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment governance across engineering teams.
Drive containerisation, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) adoption for repeatable and scalable environments.
Champion SRE and DevSecOps practices including observability, security integration, cost optimisation, and operational governance to enable faster, safer, and more resilient software delivery.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 12 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, cloud engineering, release engineering, or infrastructure automation, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical ownership role.
Strong hands-on skills with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy, or similar languages.
Experience with implementing DevSecOps practices including automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance reporting.

Technical leader comfortable managing end-to-end DevOps and platform engineering practices in cloud-native, multi-cloud environments.
Experienced in driving engineering standards, mentoring teams, and collaborating across distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with highly regulated domains like financial services or insurance, understanding compliance and audit requirements.
