Design, develop, and support NAS file protocol and storage solutions, focusing on SMB and NFS protocols.
Perform complex debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting across OS, storage, networking, and protocol layers to ensure performance, resiliency, and reliability.
Develop and maintain low-level utilities and tools using C/C++, collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce issues and implement fixes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics or related field.
Approximately 15 years of experience in systems engineering, storage engineering, or protocol engineering.
Strong expertise in NAS file protocols, specifically SMB and NFS, with hands-on experience in C and C++ programming.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, system-level debugging, root cause analysis, and networking fundamentals.

Senior-level systems engineer with deep specialization in NAS storage protocols and filesystems.
Experienced in cross-layer debugging including OS, storage, networking, and protocol layers to resolve complex system issues.
