Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in performance engineering, storage systems, distributed systems, or related areas.
Strong programming skills in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript for automation and tooling.
Deep knowledge of computer architecture, Linux internals, distributed systems, storage, networking, and performance benchmarking techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex system performance issues spanning storage, networking, OS, and software layers.
Able to independently drive performance validation, scalability analysis, and automation in enterprise storage systems.
Strong focus on data-driven decision making and influencing product design through measurable performance metrics.
