Lead performance engineering efforts for HPE Alletra Storage MP X10000 Object and File Storage products, including defining strategy, KPIs, and benchmarking methodologies.
Design, execute, and automate complex performance tests and drive scalability analysis and root-cause investigations across software and infrastructure stacks.
Influence product architecture and collaborate with multiple engineering teams to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency across releases.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in performance engineering, storage systems, distributed systems, or related technical domains.
Deep expertise in computer architecture, Linux/OS internals, distributed systems, storage, networking, and strong Python programming skills.
Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office in India.

Senior technical leader with hands-on expertise in performance testing, benchmarking, and root-cause analysis for complex enterprise storage or infrastructure products.
Strong ability to influence architecture and engineering priorities through data-driven insights and performance analysis.
Experience working across multi-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and engineering leadership in large-scale product environments.
