Lead Accounting Associate - Project Accounting

Manage project accounting processes including project setup, invoice preparation per contract terms, and project close to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Provide month-end reporting on project performance covering gross margin variances, financial aspects, and prepare specialized reports and accounting data analysis.

Monitor project balances (Accounts Receivable, Payable, Unbilled, Unearned), prepare journal entries, liaise across departments, support audits, and propose process improvements.

Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.

Minimum 6 years of professional accounting experience; project accounting background preferred.

Experience with ERP systems, specifically Oracle Financials, and advanced MS Excel skills.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experienced in handling international business environment accounting and complex project accounting functions.

Strong analytical skills with accuracy and detail orientation to minimize rework and ensure quality outputs.

Capable of cross-functional communication, process improvement, and mentoring junior staff in a hybrid work environment.
