Minimum Requirements
8+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
Experience coaching multiple Scrum teams simultaneously in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline; Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in influencing leadership and removing systemic impediments to Agile adoption beyond facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Skilled in handling cross-team dependencies and stakeholder management in large-scale Agile environments.
Orientation towards measurable outcome improvements in sprint predictability, team maturity, and engineering quality.
