Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and assistants that integrate with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and other platforms via APIs.
Monitor performance, manage costs, ensure data security, and provide training and documentation for deployed AI automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years in software development or automation including at least 1 year building LLM applications or AI agents.
Strong Python skills with experience in REST APIs and deployment using Docker on Linux and cloud platforms.
Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or n8n), RAG, vector databases, commercial LLM APIs, and running open-source models locally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and deploying operational AI agent solutions integrated with enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Smartsheet.
Capable of independently managing end-to-end AI automation projects including development, deployment, monitoring, and user training.
Comfortable working across departments (operations, finance, HR, field teams) and explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
