Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD; skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required.
Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of frontend development constraints.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/mobile-first design principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers in Agile/Lean UX environments.
Skilled in creating design systems and reusable components with strong attention to visual consistency and user-centered design.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, B2B, fintech, AI/GenAI, dashboards, or data-heavy applications preferred.
