Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Finance Experience team, responsible for shared products across the Finance suite.
Manage both admin configuration and employee-facing experiences for forms, approvals, notifications, tasks, policies, workflows, and permissions within the Finance suite.
Collaborate with platform, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to develop scalable, reliable, and AI-enhanced features for large, complex customers and generalize solutions for broader use.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, preferably with finance, spend management systems, or B2B SaaS products.
Experience working with enterprise software, no-code automation tools, or related finance systems is expected.
Strong systems thinking to integrate common solutions across multiple finance products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing product strategies for complex, multifaceted enterprise finance or operational workflows.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, make prioritization decisions involving platform reliability and AI investments, and drive product adoption across multiple teams.
Technical judgment to partner closely with engineering on data models and scalable system design, with a customer-centric mindset to resolve root causes of user problems.
