Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, or related field.
4-7 years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience.
2-4 years experience in quality assurance, auditing, quality leadership, or operational support.
Location: Bangalore (In-Office); Shift: Flexible with US Shift/India Overlap.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in conducting quality audits, validations, calibrations, root cause and performance trend analyses within healthcare RCM.
Skilled in developing and managing quality dashboards, scorecards, and data-driven reporting for quality and compliance improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills to lead quality initiatives in a collaborative environment without direct reports.
