Experience integrating OMS with third-party systems including ERP, WMS, and POS.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end order lifecycle and fulfillment processes within IBM Sterling OMS environments.
Experience working in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors with exposure to order management system customizations and integrations.
Strong practical knowledge of OMS configuration, business rule engines, workflow customization, and collaborative cross-team delivery.
