Coordinate and facilitate delivery of business plans, analysis, and stewardship reports for Global logistics to support better decisions in ExxonMobil supply chain.
Lead monthly financial and operational stewardship including value capture, variance analysis, and KPI performance tracking.
Drive insights and improvements via stakeholder engagement, cost savings initiatives, process improvements, and development of data visibility tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with GPA 6.0+ from recognized university.
Minimum 4 years experience in planning, performance analysis, reporting, variance analysis; supply chain or upstream/oil & gas operations experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, Tableau, Power BI required, Snowflake and Adaptive preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in logistics or supply chain performance analysis within oil & gas or related operational environments.
Skilled in financial stewardship, KPI tracking, and driving actionable business insights from data.
Capable of engaging multiple stakeholders, managing upwards, and leading digital/process transformation initiatives.
