Senior Business Analyst

Own and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end view of the billing system landscape, including all integrations, dependencies, and business processes to prevent gaps or risks.

Collaborate closely with solution architects and engineering leads to define target-state architecture and translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements influencing system design.

Lead stakeholder workshops to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, document decisions, and support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, test planning, and success metric definition.

6+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst including exposure to large cross-functional transformation or re-platforming projects.

Proven ability to document complex multi-system landscapes end-to-end and contribute to solution design and architecture decisions.

Strong communication skills with ability to facilitate workshops, push back constructively, and present to executives.

Hands-on experience with integration concepts (APIs, middleware, event-driven, batch), process and architecture modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN/UML), and Agile tools like AzureDevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Experienced in environments requiring ownership of complex system landscapes with ability to bridge technical and business teams across multiple domains.

Comfortable in high-ambiguity, cross-team settings with strong analytical skills to identify gaps and drive clarity in solution architectures.

Experience working on billing, invoicing, revenue management, or financial systems with familiarity or interest in SAP and data migration scenarios considered advantageous.
