Head of Business Operations

Owns and manages the company-wide operating rhythm, ensuring priorities, ownership, KPIs, and corrective actions are clear and executed across multiple functions.

Provides CEO/Founder with concise operational reporting that highlights key KPIs, variances, root causes, and drives timely recovery actions.

Diagnoses operational failures, drives accountability across multiple teams, and ensures continuity and standards without reliance on Founder review.

Senior business operations or operating-system leadership experience required.

Experience in fast-moving omnichannel retail, ecommerce, consumer, grocery or multi-site operations required.

Proven management of managers or authority over experienced functional owners required.

Must operate during UK business hours remotely across distributed teams (UK, USA, Korea, India). Work Experience Required: Senior business operations experience as stated.

Strong operating-system leader with ability to build and enforce cross-functional cadence, KPI ownership, and recovery culture.

Experienced with inventory management processes and fluent in operational KPIs relating to stock, warehouse, ecommerce fulfilment, and retail dependencies.

Structured, commercially literate, systems-minded leader capable of managing distributed teams and reducing founder dependency.
