Lead end-to-end upgrade of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform including impact assessment, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Design and govern integration architectures connecting 3DEXPERIENCE, SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, CAD, and middleware platforms to establish a unified digital thread across engineering, manufacturing, and ERP.
Manage project planning, stakeholder coordination, testing phases (SIT, UAT), deployment cutover, and compliance governance for enterprise-scale PLM upgrade and integration programs.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5+ years experience in PLM implementations/upgrades with minimum 3+ years hands-on on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Proven experience integrating PLM systems with SAP ECC/S4HANA and MES platforms.
Work Experience Required: 3 to 5+ years in relevant PLM and integration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex, global, cross-functional PLM upgrade and integration programs involving multiple enterprise systems and third-party vendors.
Strong technical background with deep expertise in PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA), SAP modules (MM, PP, DMS), MES systems, and middleware integration.
Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies with a focus on governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement at executive levels.
