Minimum Requirements
5+ years in call centre or BPO operations with at least 2-3 years in managerial roles handling teams.
Graduate degree in any stream.
Proficiency in call centre metrics (AHT, QA scores, attendance, productivity, attrition) and tools like Excel, MIS reporting, dialers or CRM.
Fluency in Hindi and English; willingness to work flexible shifts and long hours during peak periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-level call centre operations with responsibility for execution and reporting in target-driven environments.
Familiar with political campaign workflows or survey-based telecalling operations is a plus.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally and managing compliance and confidential client/voter data.
