Lead end-to-end upgrade of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform including impact assessment, migration planning, and cutover execution with minimal business disruption.
Design and govern integration architecture between PLM (3DX/ENOVIA), SAP ERP/S4HANA, MES, CAD, and middleware platforms ensuring synchronization of master data and digital thread across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Enterprise Operations.
Manage program-level project planning, stakeholder coordination, testing (SIT, UAT), deployment, risk, compliance, and governance frameworks for successful platform upgrade and post-go-live stabilization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 to 8+ years experience in PLM implementations and upgrades; minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale PLM upgrade programs and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and MES systems.
Strong technical knowledge on 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA; SAP ECC/S4HANA modules (MM, PP, DMS); MES systems; REST APIs; middleware platforms; and project management expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strategic thinker adept at cross-functional stakeholder management including business, IT, supply chain, manufacturing, and external vendors.
Technically strong in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and integration with SAP and MES systems with proven ability to manage global cross-functional delivery teams.
