Lead end-to-end Global Trade system enhancements including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives in trade compliance and operations for simplification, standardization, and scalability.
Partner with global stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and enhance data quality, reporting, and user adoption across digital transformation and automation programs.
Minimum Requirements
5–10 years of experience in business analysis, SAP/SAP GTS, Global Trade Compliance, Operations, Supply Chain, or digital transformation programs.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP GTS 11i, and SAP GTS edition for HANA (E4H).
Demonstrated skills in requirement gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and testing (UAT, defect triage, release readiness).
Work Experience Required: 5–10 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving scalable technology solutions and process improvements in global trade or highly regulated manufacturing environments, preferably semiconductor industry.
Comfortable working with multiple enterprise systems including SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
Able to manage complex stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional project delivery and change management in agile environments.
