Manage month-end inventory reconciliation across warehouse records, physical inventory, and ERP systems to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances by coordinating with warehouses and internal teams.
Maintain and report on operational data related to inventory movements, and support month-end closing with accurate data to Finance and Operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, inventory, reconciliation, or operations.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
Shift timings strictly from 7pm to 4am.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Detail-oriented and analytical with experience handling reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
Comfortable working independently with strong communication skills to coordinate across teams.
Experience or familiarity with ERP systems, preferably JDE, and exposure to logistics or physical commodity operations is advantageous but not required.
