Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company procedures, and Marsh’s risk and regulatory framework while documenting process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate in any stream.
1-2 years of work experience in related domains (e.g., insurance claims or broking).
Good command over spoken and written English.
Work onsite in Mumbai office at least three days a week as per Marsh hybrid work policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has solid understanding or experience in insurance broking and claims handling processes.
Comfortable working under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiar with compliance and regulatory standards relevant to insurance claims management.
