Senior Manager, Enabling Services Agile Sourcing

Own and drive implementation of complex sourcing projects and contracts globally with a focus on high-value outcomes like cost advantage, risk mitigation, and innovation.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting efforts including RFI/RFP, FMV assessment, contract negotiations with strong emphasis on complex global contracting in regulated environments.

Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team responsible for procurement, contract execution, and data analytics; collaborate across functions and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering required; advanced degree (JD, MBA, MS) preferred.

Minimum 8 years work experience with at least 5 years in procurement categories such as IT, Consulting, Financial Services, Corporate Services, or HR Services.

Strong contracting experience with negotiation of complex contracts including Master Services Agreements.

Proficiency in procurement processes, sourcing including RFx development and execution, data analytics, category and project management, and English language skills.

Experienced leader capable of managing large and geographically distributed procurement teams and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Demonstrates deep strategic sourcing expertise across multiple enabling services categories and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Skilled in complex contract negotiation under regulation and using data-driven insights for category strategy and supplier relationship management.
