Own end-to-end application production support for BNP Paribas Wealth Management front office and operations users, including incident handling, BAU service requests, and infrastructure maintenance.
Manage service levels, escalations, and communication on production health proactively, adhering to support rosters and service objectives in a follow-the-sun shift environment.
Drive continuous service improvement, analyze system logs for issues, manage knowledge base, and ensure production deliverables comply with bank standards and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field (B.E. specified).
5+ years of experience in application production support with at least 2+ years hands-on cloud experience (IBM/AWS/Azure/Google).
Mandatory technical skills: AutoSys, Shell Scripting, Python, SQL, Ansible, Dynatrace/Splunk, Linux and Windows OS, Apache Kafka, MQ, AxWay File Transfer (CFT), and cloud technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
Location requirement: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in 24x7 production support environments with strong adherence to SLAs and escalation processes in financial services/wealth management domain.
Technically proficient in cloud-native and traditional middleware tools with scripting and monitoring capabilities to drive problem resolution and service quality.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team communication and documentation, fostering continuous service improvement and adherence to operational best practices.
