Remotely monitor, support, and optimize Advanced Process Control systems for Mining and Cement industries globally as part of a 24x7 Remote Support Center Team.
Respond promptly to customer issues with effective resolutions, conduct onsite visits for maintenance, emergency support, training, and commissioning.
Fine tune MPC/Fuzzy/PID controllers; manage incidents and knowledge sharing; participate in sales leads generation; work in shifts including nights.
Minimum Requirements
BE or Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
3+ years' experience in Advanced Process Control, Cement or Mining Process Optimization, Automation and Controls.
Must be willing to work in shifts including night shifts and travel locally to sites.
Knowledge of MPC, Neural networks, Fuzzy Logic preferred; Experience with DCS/PLC configuration and industrial computing communications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in remote and onsite advanced process control support with emphasis on controller tuning and optimization.
Able to work effectively in 24x7 shift environment supporting global customers.
Strong technical skills including automation, process control, industrial networking, and commissioning experience in Cement or Mining industries.
