Lead and execute Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety in manufacturing plant operations.
Drive cross-functional continuous improvement projects and workshops, such as Kaizen events and TPM enhancements, to deliver measurable operational performance improvements.
Represent the plant in global Operational Excellence leadership meetings and support strategy development while promoting digital tools and standardized processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical specialization).
10-15 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing processes, including machining and assembly.
Mandatory proficiency in Lean tools: 5S, A3, PDCA, SMED, 5 Whys, Kanban, Kaizen, TPM, and problem-solving techniques (8D, 7QC tools).
Fluency in English language.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement and Operational Excellence frameworks in manufacturing settings.
Strategic operator adept at aligning Operational Excellence initiatives with business goals and representing plant-level performance in global forums.
Technically skilled in Lean methodologies and digitalization practices to drive standardization, equipment uptime, and important KPIs (e.g., OEE).
